Eligibility


The major objective of Territory Housing is to provide safe, secure and affordable housing to Territorians most in need. It is therefore important to set out appropriate eligibility criteria to determine those most in need of public housing.

Eligibility is assessed at the time of application and again prior to allocation of housing being made.
